Shoal Bay just ok
Left H/Doo at the ungodly hour of 3 am for an early morning assult on S/B
hoping to snag a bazz or 2.Partners in crime for the day were mates Ray and Melv (FFFer),Hit the ramp around 4 and scooted out asap.
Chased down some livies and set ourselves up for the low and 4 odd hours later we were still waiting, with a never ending supply of sharks & powertails destroying our livies and morale Decided to try King r/bar for a change and 20 odd mts into the first run I got smashed by a good fish and after a fair ol tussle and a top net shot by Melv a 94 cm chrommie hit the deck a couple of photies and the lie detector and it was of to fight another day
This ended up being the only joy for the day,got out before the storms hit.
There's a fair bit of fresh coming thru the bay from what we seen today, dark tanning water pumping out. But I have never seen so much bait, Buff ck was alive under the spotlight with mullet smacking the boat on the way out, and King wasn't much different makes it hard for you bait/ lure to stand out from the masses
