well packed the kids up for a bit of a drive in the new patrol and decided to look for the H/R Rockbar started of alright but got into a bit of a pickle down some bl..dy goat track that just was soft as hell managed to get out but was a bit of a mission so decided to lock the hubs in and i was determined to find this place thought to myself just keep going down the other track well it was not to be just got more boggy like the other track. In the end tried for about 2 hours with no sign of th rock bar but was good fun anyway.......got to see a small mob of pigs but didnt have the bow with me due to shattering the bottom limb a few weeks back but was a nice boar in the group but pretty flighty when they saw me and the car. no fish didnt even wet a line. well catch ya around.
if any one is keen to go out for a look with another 4x4 let me know.

You wont get down there now mate, even before this recent monsoon moved in. I know guys with jacked up 4b's, 35inch mud terrains that still fail to get there, unfortunetly its this group of enthusiasts that have made it impassable. Quad country only now

got bogged on the bike several times even with 28 inch muddies.
Really??? what quad and what tyres shadymad? never had a problem myself. Was there yesterday for a look the track is basically a river, one occasion i had to veer off the track an zig zag through the trees. Didnt take my fishing gear. Although it was around this time last year i got a 101 there, hoping for a repeat this week...hmmm...full moon tonight isnt it???
