Dundee Beach Easter First Time

Post by sharkbaithuhaha »

Hey guys, heading to Dundee this Easter.... bringing the boat with us. Any fishing spots you can share? Tides are 558am 6.98m... planning to head out early. But don't have any waypoints or spots yet. Saw some on Fish Finder magazine but not much. Any tips and spots to share?

Thanks

You'd want to be VERY early , normally a few 100 boats at Dundee over Easter .

Plenty of spots in fishfinder mag. That's puts you in general area of reef. Sound around for good bottom and fish goodluck

Sharkbait I have fished Dundee for the past 12 years at easter and the last few have been great in regards to crowds and line ups . The new ramp has let people put in early so at 7am we pretty much put in straight away . There is heaps of spots if you buy the fishfinder chip around Bowra shoals , Sail city , point blaze etc . You just need to move around near these marks and if you get no bites in the first 5-minutes move on .

What boat do you have ? I might see you down the pub one arvo
